COVID-19 vaccines provided to migrants

Today, Pastor Eleuterio González began organizing a huge effort to offer COVID-19 vaccinations to over 900 migrants in Matamoros. González is able to organize this effort thanks to the cooperation of both the Mexican and United States federal governments.

Fellowship Southwest provided support for the transportation of the migrants in nine charter busses. The migrants loaded the busses from their shelters in Matamoros, traveled to the U.S. Port of Entry for the vaccines, and then back. We are grateful to all the people who prioritize the health and safety of our migrant neighbors enough to make this possible.
