FSW rebranding process leads to clearer vision

Fellowship Southwest recently reworked our positioning statements to offer more clarity to our partners, donors and friends.

We worked hard with the FSW steering committee and other stakeholders, along with our friends at Upward Public Affairs, to create statements that reflect our commitment to serving God and neighbor throughout our region and also to express what makes us unique as an organization.

This overview reflects a combination of our internal guiding statements, in conversational language:

Fellowship Southwest is a collaborative network for churches that want to organize around shared compassion for people in our region. We are agile, ecumenical and willing to do whatever it takes to serve those in need. Our network includes all kinds of churches, and we like it that way. We are a fellowship where your church can be itself, and your mission can be multiplied.

Above all, we embrace four key values as important for guiding all that we do: Faithful. Agile. Ecumenical. Kind.

While some of these values are aspirational—such as being ecumenical—they are goals our steering committee has committed to working toward. We hope you will join us in our endeavor to spread God’s love and hope in our region through Fellowship Southwest.
